Ingredients
2lbs of lean hamburger1 c Fresh onions (or more)1 c crushed saltine crackers3 eggs2 cans of fat free cream of mushroom soup
Directions
In a bowl combine hamburger, eggs, onions and crackers together. Form into 1 in. thick oval patties. Fry patties until hamburger is cooked all the way. Then add soup. Cook until soup is done. Serve with noodles or mashed potatoes.
