.5 cup nonfat milk or soy milk .5 cup plain low-fat yogurt.33 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries (or you can substitue any fruit that you have or like)1 tbsp coconut milkSugar or Sweetner to taste
Add fruit, milk, yogurt, and coconut milk to a blender. Mix until smooth. Add sugar to taste.
You can use whatever type of milk you have. I usually make mine with soy milk and it tastes great.
