Pat's homemade flour tortilla

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 4 cup (remove)*Shortening, Crisco, 8 tbsp (1/2 cup)Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
mix dry ingredients
cut in shortening until crumbly
slowly mix in water, might need additional water to form into dough ball
let rest 30 min
divide into 12 small balls
roll out as flat as possible
cook in a heavy dry pan 30-60 seconds a side one at a time.
