Ingredients
4 large carrots4 stalks celery2 apples - one gala, one Granny Smith1 pink grapefruitWe also add whatever other fruits or vegetables we may have that are fresh like pineapple chunks, grapes, kiwi, orange, lemon, spinach or beets. Add whatever you may have around. Don't try to juice bananas or avocados.
Directions
This makes a quart of juice. We each drink two cups for our lunch everyday so it is always fresh made. It tastes very good and is filling.
