Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil1 small onion1 1/2 lbs. Ground Turkey Breast1 can black beansLawry's Chicken Taco Seasoning1/4 c water2 c shredded lettuce3 green onions1 chopped tomatoe salsa
Directions
Makes 6 servings
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add turkey and cook until meat is not pink anymore. Add black beans, water and taco seasoning. Simmer until liquid is reduced. Serve over chopped lettuce and top with tomatoes, cheese and salsa.

    Made a similar version, used low fat refried black beans instead of whole black beans. Topped with fresh pico di gallo of tomato, white onion and fresh cilantro. Topped with sliced avocado. YUMM!! - 5/18/11
