16 oz. Lean Ground Beef1 box Rice a Roni beef flavor2 1/2 cups water2 TBLS margarine
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain and set aside. In skillet combine rice-a-roni and margarine, saute until the vermicelli is golden brown. Return beef to pan, mixing well. Slowly pour in water and seasoning packet from rice-a-roni. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, until rice is tender.
