Applemon Muffins

Ingredients
2 cup flour1/4 cup sugar1/2 teaspoon salt3 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon ground clove1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg1 egg1 cup unsweetened apple juice1 (4oz) Mott's applesauce cup1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
In a medium bowl sift together all dry ingredients(if sifter not available whisk ingredients).
In a large bowl mix all wet ingredients.
Gently fold in dry to wet ingredients, stir just until dry has been incorporated.
Pour batter into greased muffin pan or into paper muffin cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of muffin comes out clean.
Let sit for 3 to 5 minutes before enjoying.
*makes one dozen muffins
(Best served warm however if stored for later keep in an airtight container for optimal moistness.)
