Washed bagged spring mix salad1 Sliced and Peeled Avocado 2 diced tomatoes 3 medium sized sliced mushrooms2 stocks chopped chives1 can water chestnuts150 grams cooked baby shrimpSalad dressing of your choice
Directions
Mix all ingredients in large salad bowl and drizzle favorite low fat dressing over top. Toss and enjoy!
