Mango Lime Pie

Ingredients
CRUST:1 cup graham crumbs1/4 cup butter, melted1 tbsp light corn syrupFILLING:2 tsp gelatin2 tbsp water2 cups fresh or frozen mango cubes1/2 cup sugargrated zest of 1/2 lime3 tbsp lime juice3/4 cup egg beatersMERINGUE:4 egg whites, room temppinch of cream of tartar1/2 cup sugar
Directions
CRUST:
preheat oven to 350 deg
combine all ingredients and press into bottom & sides of a 9" pie plate.
Bake for 10 mins and let cool
FILLING:
in a small bowl sprinkle gelatin on water and let soften 5 mins.
Puree mago, sugar, lime zest, lime juice and egg beaters in blender. Pour into sauce pan and bring to boil over low heat, stirring constantly. remove from heat once boil begins and whisk in gelatin until completely dissolved. Pour into crust and let cool. place an inverted pie plate over pie to prevent it from drying out and refrigerate until completely set, about 8 hrs.
MERINGUE:
Use an electric mixer to beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form. With mixer running, gradually add sugar and beat until soft peaks form. Spread meringue over the chilled pie and brown lightly under the broiler.
