Fluffy Banana "Mousse"

Ingredients
2 Packets of Banana Jell-o (Sugar Free)3 Cups Nonfat milk1 tub of Cool Whip Free1 sliced banana
Directions
Mix both pudding packets with milk and whisk together for 2 minutes. When all of the pudding is completely mixed with the milk (no tiny pudding chunks), let set for 2-5 minutes. After the mixture is set, add the Cool Whip. Mix with a spoon (whisk will make the pudding less airy). Finally, slice a banana into the pudding. I
f you'd like to use more than one banana, feel free. Just be sure to include the extra bananas in the fat and calories! Also, you may want to do something to keep the bananas from browning too much. I use Fresh Fruit, but anything with acidity will work (lemon juice, for example). ENJOY!
