Grilled Mushrooms

Ingredients
6 medium portabella mushroom caps (stems removed)2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar2 Tbsp butter1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp italian seasoning1/4 cup italian shredded cheese
Directions
Remove stems from mushrooms. Place in a baking dish or pan with a small sliver of butter under each mushroom. Sprinkle with vinegar, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning and then top each cap (gill side up) with a small sliver of butter. Place pan on the grill and cook for 20-30 minutes. When done, top with a small amount of either shredded mozzerella or italian blend cheese. Makes 3 servings (2 mushrooms per serving).
