Ingredients
whole wheat penne pasta , celery, spinach, onions, mushrooms, black olives, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese(sharp) , tuscan italian dressing(trader joes) parmesan cheese
Directions
Boil Penne pasta and cool, mixed together remaining ingredients in large bowl with pasta and chill at least 2hrs before serving. Makes 12 1 cup servings
