Rhubarb bread

Ingredients
Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Egg, 1 mediumApplesauce, unsweetened, .75 cupFlour, white, 1.5 cup Rhubarb, .75 cup, Finely cut/ diced Baking Soda, 1 tsp Milk, 1%, 3.5 fl oz Lemon Juice, .5 fl oz (1 Tbsp)
Directions
Mix the milk and lemon juice and let sit for 5 minutes to make sour milk.

Mix everything in a bowl, including milk. Then pour into a 8x8in baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350*, until it is done.

Makes 16 pieces.
