Ingredients
5c flat leaf parsley1/2c bulgar wheat3 med tomatoes2 lrg lemons1/4c olive oil1/4c vegetable oil
Directions
place wheat in 1 cup of luke warm water
finely chop parsley
dice tomatoes
squeeze lemons

Place wheat in bottom of salad bowl
add all ingredients, toss, salt & pepper to taste, chill.
