Oriental Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1/2 fresh Cabbage, Shredded (or bagged Coleslaw Mix) 3/4 c shoestring carrots2 oz sliced Almonds1 Lg Can Chicken (10 oz)3 Green Onions, SlicesDressing 2 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar1 tsp sugar1/4 tsp SaltDash Pepper
Directions
Mix chicken, cabbage, carrots, almonds and green onions together in a large bowl, in a separate bowl mix dressing, pour over salad and refrigerate 1 hour for full flavor. (Optional: add 1/2 package crushed Ramen Noodles, Without flavor packet, just before serving...not included in nutrional info)
