Sauerkraut HotDish

Ingredients
-1/2 LB extra lean ground beef-4 strips bacon, cut in to 1/2 inch pieces-1/2 medium onion sliced-5 small red potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes-32 oz sauerkraut, I prefer the bag you get in the deli because its crunchier, but any works.-black pepper to taste
Directions
Start by boiling the potato cubes in a pot with water on inch above potatoes. In the mean time, brown the beef, bacon and onion in a large skillet. drain access fat. Return to pan and add the sauerkraut and the potatoes, once they are tender. Heat through and season with black pepper.
