Easy Yakisoba

Ingredients
1 pkg chicken flavored Ramen1 breast chicken, cooked and cut in cubes1 red bell pepper1 small onion1 Tbs olive oilpepper to taste
Directions
slice pepper and onion in strips and chop up 1 breast of cooked chicken.

Break Ramen in quarters and boil for 3 minutes.
drain and set aside. Save flavor packet.

fry veggies and chicken until just hot and the veggies still crisp in small amount of the olive oil.

add cooked Ramen, the rest of the olive oil, and the flavor packet from the Ramen until heated through. Add pepper to taste.

If you are in a real hurry or don't have red peppers, use a small can of peas and carrots and it works well too.
