    Can't wait to try! -- but, have a question . . . is Fage Yogurt a brand or a particular type of yogurt? I'm not familiar w/Fage. - 7/1/09

Fage is a brand of Greek Yogurt. There are a few different brands out there and I am finding it more and more in regular grocery stores. It's delicious and actually higher in protein than regular yogurt.

This is really nummy, however the nutritional information is wrong. It is calculated with hard boiled eggs and you are discarding the yolks so the fat is 1/2 what is listed. When I made it I only used 1 T of salad toppins which was more than enough. This way? Cal: 102 and Fat: 5. Much better! - 5/13/09

I totally didn't think about taking calculating it that way. Silly me.

Glad you liked them! I got the recipe from a friend on the surgery website I frequent.
