Carla's Lazy Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 cup uncooked par-boiled brown rice1 med. Onion5 - 6 cabbage leaves 1 680 ml tin pasta sauceSaltPepperGarlic (about 6 or 7 cloves), finely chopped
Directions
Do not pre-cook anyting. Mix ground beef, rice, onions, salt, pepper, & garlic together. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer cabbage leaves & beef mixture in dish. On each layer add some sauce.
Bake on middle rack at 325 deg. until cabbage is soft. Time limit above is just an estimate.
Makes 5 servings.
