5 oz tuna steak2 tbsp olive oil1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 tsp rosemary
Preheat grill or grill pan.
In mixing bowl combine olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Toss in tuna, and toss in incorporate.
If preferred season again with salt and pepper.
Sear on a very hot grill for 1 minute, both sides, and 30 seconds for the ends.
