1 c. chickpeas (I make mine from scratch)2 tbsp cumin powder2 tbsp chili powder1 tsp saltVegetable Cooking Spray
Preheat oven to 450F. Blot chickpeas dry. Put chickpeas on a foil lined baking sheet. Lightly spray and dust with seasoning. Put in oven.
After 15 minutes remove sheet and slightly shake carefully. Return to oven for another 20 minutes approx.
Put roasted chickpeas on paper towel to drain and cool.
