Seven-Layer Southwestern Salad

1.5 Cups Fat Free Sour Cream3/4 Cups Salsa15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed1 large bell pepper, diced2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced1/2 cup thinly sliced onions or green onions16 ounces lettuce1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1.5 cups Tostitos, crushed, optional*
In small batter bowl, combine sour cream and salsa; mix well and set aside.
Drain and rinse beans in a colander. Dice bell pepper and tomatoes; thinly slice onions. Layer beans, bell pepper, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
Spoon sour cream mix over top.
Spreading evenly, grate cheese over top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Top with chips or use them in the middle as layer*
