Chocolate Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour½ cup Fiber One cereal½ cup oat bran½ cup cocoa1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup honey¾ tsp. baking soda½ tsp. baking powder¼ tsp. salt1 cup low fat plain yogurt½ cup mashed banana (1 medium)1/4 cup canola oil1/3 cup milk1 tsp vanilla extract1egg
Directions
Mix wet ingredients together, combine with dry until just blended. Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray, then fill with batter and bake for approximately 25 min. at 350F or until lightly brown and firm on the top. If there is a type of flour on the list you don't have or have never heard of, substitute more whole wheat flour.
