Homemade Chilli w/ beef & beans

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Cup Onions, raw, chopped 1 Tbsp. Cumin seed (I use cumin powder)3 Tbsp. Chili powder1 tsp. Pepper, black,1 Tbsp Onion powder1 Tbsp Garlic Powder8 oz ground beef, lean2 Cup (1 Can) Stewed Tomatoes, No salt1 Cup Red Kidney Beans
Directions
1. In a skillet put extra virgin olive oil and onions; cook for 5 minutes until onion is tender.

2. Add Cumin seed (I use cumin powder), 1 Tbsp. of Chilli powder (reserve 2 Tbsp. for later), black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Stir to mix.

3. Add ground beef and cook until brown.

4. Add stewed tomatoes, red kidney beans and remaining 2 Tbsp. of Chilli powder. Cover and cook for 25 minutes (Medium temp.).

Serving Suggestion: Serve with reduced fat sour cream and corn chips (Calories not listed)
