5 Cups Flour5 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1 cup of brown sugar1 stick butter1 can carnation milk1 tsp vanilla
In large bowl, using a large fork, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar and butter, until ingredients turns into small size balls. Add vanilla and milk, continue to mix until smooth and easy to handle. Using an ice cream scoop, drop on cookie sheet approximately 20-25 scoops an 1/2 inch apart and bake at 350 degree for 25-30 mins or until golden.
