Tchipakkan's Onion Quiche

Ingredients
filling: 7-8 eggs, 2 cups shredded cheddar or part cheddar and swiss cheese, 1/2 cup heavy cream- milk can be substituted, 1.5 cups chopped onions (to taste), salt and pepper, optional: chopped ham, sausage, peppers, spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, whatever you like.crust: (for 2) 3 cups flour, 1 stick butter, 8 oz. cream cheese, pinch salt, blend together, add enough water to moisten.
Directions
Make into two crusts, (if only making one quiche, the other ball of dough may be frozen for later). Blend eggs and cream, pour in crust, add fillings, bake for an hour.
Obviously the time it takes will be longer if you're not used to making pie crusts.
This is NOT low calorie.
