Morning Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
Mango ( if this is regional use frozen mango and decrease amount of ice)Banana Lemon juiceLime juiceLight and Fit smoothie1cup of iceSplenda
Directions
Mangos have a long seed in the middle that runs the length of the fruit. You need to slice the mango on either side of this seed. It runs lengthwise and you can feel it when you insert the knife. Scoop the mango out of the skin. Similar to preparing an avacado. Put all the fruit into blender. Squeeze the juice of one small lemon and one small lime into blender. Add ice and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Then add Splenda to taste. A wonderful, tart morning boost. Makes 1 serving.
