chunk light tuna in water, grape tomato, cucumber & fat free italian salad dressing
Just add all of the ingredients together and mix well. Sometimes I prefer to leave the tomato's hole while other times I slice them up. This is a great lunch where you can prepare once and have it all week. I usually buy a few cans of tuna, a cucumber and a thing of grape tomato's along with the italian dressing. I prepare everything on Sunday and put it all in seperate bags or containers and just mix everything in the morning before I head out the door!
