Fast & Easy Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
4 eggs1/4 cup water4 slices of deli ham (extra lean)1/2 cup green peppers (chopped)1/4 cup onions (chopped)4 slices fat free cheese4 tablespoons salsa4 tablespoons reduced fat or light sour cream4 Flat Out Flatbread (whole wheat)
Directions
Saute onions & peppers in a frying pan with Pam or a no calorie cooking spray. Mix together eggs & water like you would for scrambled eggs. Set aside while the veggies are sauteing. Meanwhile warm your ham in the microwave for 10 seconds or longer depending on the heat of your microwave. Lay out your flatbread and layer the ham down the middle of it. Spread on 1 tablespoon of sour cream and 1 tablespoon salsa on each flatbread. Add your cheese to the flatbread over the salsa. Add your eggs to your veggies and fry like you would scrambled eggs. When eggs are firm or done to your liking. Spoon 1/4 cup of mixture on each flatbread over the cheese. Roll up your flatbread like you would a burrito and enjoy. Makes 4 servings.
