yummy corn bread

Ingredients
1 large egg2 oz cheddar cheese shredded1 box jiffy corn muffin mix1 jalapeno pepper, diced (add more or less as you like)1 can sweet creamed-style corn
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine all items in large bowl. Put mixture into cake pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean and top starts to turn golden brown.
