Hemp Burgers

Ingredients
1 block tofu1 cup hulled hemp seed1/4 cup sunflower seeds3 scallions, chopped2 T soy Sauce2 T nutritional yeast1 t basil3 cups stuffing mix (1 6-oz box)
Directions
Puree tofu in blender. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into 8 patties. Place on baking sheet sprayed with Pam and bake in 325 degree oven for 15 minutes on a side.

I'm not sure if the sodium information is correct. The stuffing is used dry, without margarine as indicated on the box. That should lower the sodium somewhat. Using low sodium soy sauce should also lower sodium more.

    Bob's Red Mill products can be found in the baking section of the grocery store. Lot's of yummy grains, grain cereals soup and bread mixes, etc.
