Ingredients
ground turkey - 1lbtomato sauce - 2 cupsred kidney beans-2cupsdiced tomatos - 1 cupchili powder, ceyenne pepper, and paprika - 1tbsp
Directions
brown the turkey and throw everything into a crockpot and cook 3-4 hours on low heat. Makes about 8 servings per batch. Can be eaten as soup or put over whole wheat pasta or brown rice
