Banana Bread

Ingredients
4 c. flour2 c. sugar c. oil4 eggs5 ripe mashed bananas2 tab. vinegar1 c. milk2 tea. baking soda2 tea. salt
Directions
Mash bananas, add sugar, eggs, oil, vinegar and milk. Mix well. Add all the rest of the ingredients mixing just till combined. Pour into greased pans and then bake in preheated oven till toothpick comes clean. Cool on wire rack. Freezes well.
