Ingredients
# Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove) * Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped (remove) * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove) * Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded (remove) * *Texas Pete Chili Sauce, .5 tsp (remove)
Directions
Defrost spinach, mix ingredients, pour into 12 cupcake greased baking pan, bake for 20 min at 350. 2 per serving. Can substitute egg beaters for lower calorie alternative. Can also add 1/2 cup of lowfat cheese instead of reg cheese.
