caramel apple crunch

5 cups sliced apples1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1 1/2 cups bisquick1/2 cup milk1/8 tsp cinnamoncaramel sauce:1/4 cup bisquick1 cup brown sugar (packed)1/2 tsp salt1 tsp vinegar1 cup water1 tsp vanilla1 tbsp margarine
prepare caramel sauce, cool. heat oven to 400 degrees. place apples in ungreased square pan (8x8). sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir bisquick and milk to make a soft dough-spread over apples. Sprinkle with remaining 1/8 tsp cinnamon. Pour Caramel sauce over top. Bake 35 min. or until apples are tender. makes 6-8 servings.
