Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil- 1 onion- 1 clove garlic- 1 can compliments bean blend- 1/2 tsp salt & pepper- 3/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs- 1 egg
Directions
cook onions and garlic with 1 tbsp of oil. in a food processor combine onion,beans,salt and pepper. pulse until finly choppe but not smooth. transfer to a bowl and add bread crumbs and egg; mix until well combined. Make 4 equal patties. heat 1 tbsp oil in grill pan, or foil lined grill. grill for 6 min on each side.
