Ingredients
*Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 12 oz (remove)*Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 10 tsp (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) dranined yields (remove)*Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 30 tbsp (remove)*Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.5 cup (remove)Beans, red kidney, 1.5 cup (remove)
Directions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cook on low 4-6 hours
Remove chicken, pull apart and return to cooker.
Great on tortilla's, over rice or as a chili

    I made this with a few adjustments. I used black beans for more fiber, used cream of chicken and added some diced tomatoes with chilies. Served it like a taco salad on top of rice, beans, baked chips, and greens. Reminds me of the lean cusine santa fe rice and beans! - 6/21/07

    YOU CAN MAKE THIS ANYWAY YOU WANT IT SPICY TO MILD. IT WAS SIMPLE AND EASY. WASN'T SURE IF IT WAS GOING TO BE GOOD LOOKS BAD BUT TASTE GREAT. B/F LOVED IT! - 4/19/07
