Delicious (Not That Healthy) Banana Bread or Muffins

Butter, salted, .5 cup Sugar, 1 cup White Flour, 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cupBaking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1.25 tspSour Cream, 5 tbsp Dried fruit such as apricots, .5 cup, choppedPecans, .5 cup, choppedBanana, 2 mediumEgg, 2 large
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash bananas and sour cream together. Mix in eggs. Set aside.
Combine sifted dry ingredients except sugar. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugar thoroughly.
Add banana mixture and dry ingredients to creamed mixture in thirds, alternating.
Fold in nuts and dried fruit.
Pour into greased baking pan, or into a muffin tin lined with paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes for loaf, 30 minutes for muffins.
Makes 12 muffins, or 1 loaf (12 slices).
