Ingredients
1 cup Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt3/4 cup of 1% or Skim Milk1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberriesIce (optional)
Directions
Put first three ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker, add ice if you desire and blend.

Made about 3-6oz servings.
