Ingredients
Tomato (i precut up to 3)Green Pepper (up to 3)Light Cream CheeseBread of your choice I use Sumbeam lite.
Directions
Dice Tomato and Green Pepper. Grab 2 slices of bread. Spread cream cheese on both pieces of bread. Add and the veggies and enjoy! It's a great refreshing sandwich! Save the left over veggies for another sandwich.
