Ingredients
Onion, dicedGarlic close, crushedYogurt (or cream or creme fresh etc)Tin TomatoesOlive OilPastaTorn Basil for garnish
Directions
Cook pasta,

Soften onions and garlic (onions first, then garlic so it doesn't burn) in the oil,
Add the chopped tomatoes with juice etc and simmer to reduce

Stir in the yogurt / cream / cream cheese / whatever and simmer harder

Mix the cooked pasta into sauce and serve with basil leaves.

You can add a dash of vodka or wine to the drained pasta before mixing with the source in you're in the mood
