Frittata - sausage and bacon

Ingredients
2 Johnsonville sausage links2 slices bacon1/4 cup onion1 garlic clove2 potatoes1 sweet red pepper1 cup fresh mushrooms1 cup fresh broccoli10 eggs1/3 cup milk1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
1. Fry sausage, bacon
2. Add onions and garlic
3. Saute together and set aside
4. In same pan, add chopped and peeled potatoes
Saute for 1 min.
Add 1/2 cup water, cover and let steam
5. Add the rest of the vegetables and saute
6. Beat eggs, milk, cheese and baking powder together
7. Mix in meat with vegetables.
8. Pour egg mixture over the whole dish
9. Bake in 350 oven for 35-40mins
10. Enjoy
