Greek Salad

Ingredients
Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices (remove)Tomatoes, 1.25 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Feta Cheese, crumbled 1.5 oz*Chick Peas, 1 cup Scallions, raw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long) *Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yieldsOregano, ground, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tbsp
Directions
Dice veggies and toss in a big bowl with spices, chick peas, feta and lemon juice.

Chill and serve.
