Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 1.5 cup (4.86 large eggs) (remove) * Mushrooms, cooked, 1 mushroom (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove) * Onions, raw, 3 slice, large (1/4" thick) (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.125 cup, chopped (remove) * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.125 tbsp (remove) * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 2.5 strips (remove) * Spinach, frozen, 2 package (10 oz) yields (remove) * "Butterball" Turkey Bacon (1 slice), 6 serving (remove) * *Kraft String-Ums Reduced Fat String Cheese, 4 serving (remove)
Directions
cook spinach and drain, cook bacon and chop. combine all ingredients and divide in muffin pans to make 24 quiches. Bake at 350 for 20 min. 2 per serving.
