Black Bean Pitas

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Italian tomato Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Red Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Celery, raw, .25 cup, dicedSalsa, .75 cupLime Juice, .0625 cupCumin seed, 1 tspOregano, ground, .5 tspBeans, black, 1.75 cup Sargento Reduced Fat Provolone, 4 serving Toufayan Low Carb Pita, 4 serving
Directions
Preheat the oven to 300. Chop the tomato, green pepper, onion and celery and mix with the black beans, lime juice, salsa and spices. Cut the pitas in half and put in half a slice of provolone cheese in each pita. Spoon in the mixture and place all on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Top with avocado.
