Fruity Oat Porridge

Ingredients
Half a cup of Quaker Oats25g dried raisins,dates or apricots(chopped)1 cup semi-skimmed milk1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp Caribbean Essence (or 1tsp vanilla extract/1/2 tsp almond essence)1 small banana sliced25g fresh sunflower seeds1 pinch salt1/2 tbsp honey
Directions
Warm milk in saucepan,add pinch of salt,essences and cinnamon.Just before milk comes to boil add oats and dried fruit. Cook on a low to medium heat for five minutes,stirring occasionally.Pour over sliced banana,sprinkle on seeds and drizzle with honey.
Makes 1 breakfast bowl serving.
