Low-Fat Easy Almond Cupcakes

- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour- 2 medium eggs- 1 cup low fat milk- 1 cup splenda for baking- 1 tbsp almond extractIf you can't find almond extract you can use : 1/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened original
- Preheat oven at 325 F.
- Put all ingredients in the blender. Push blend and leave it there for 30 seconds.
- Remove all the flour that's stuck in the blender with a spatula (the flexible ones).
- Push blend again for about 30 seconds.
- Pour the mixture evenly in the cupcake mold. The cupcake mold must be the ones that are about 2" wide.
- Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
Let them cool off, and they're ready to eat!
