Eggplant Parmigiana

Ingredients
2 eggplants sliced28 oz. can spaghetti sauce2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F and coat the eggplant slices with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes. Layer the slices in a 2 qt. pan with cheese and spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
