Creamy Mashed Yams

Ingredients
1 lb Yams, peeled and cubed2 tbsp Low-fat plain yogurt2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese1 1/2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley1/2 tsp sugarpinch of nutmegpinch of pepper
Directions
Cook yams in water ion large saucepan until tender. Drain.

Add remaining ingredients. Mash well.
