Ground beef, 16 oz (remove)Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 1.5 tsp (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 4 cup (remove)Tomato Paste, 2 can (6 oz) (remove)*Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 12 oz (remove)Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 2 cup (not packed) (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 12 oz (remove)
Brown meat. Spoon off fat. Add next 4 ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes, uncovered. Cook noodles. Combine remaining ingredients except Mozzarella cheese.
Spray 13x9 inch pan with non-stick spray. Layer noodles, meat, mixture, filling and then the Mozzarella cheese three times.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Makes 12 servings.
